the apartment was clean. i booked a wow apartment, and it had an amazing view of the island and resort. the staff seemed friendly and helpful. breakfast had everything i needed, and the pool also had a nice view.
the bed was quite hard. the pillows also felt terrible. the gym had a bad smell, and the equipment was old. i think the resort is a 4-star at best.

The staff was attentive and kind throughout my stay. The gym had adequate equipment available for a workout. The buffet breakfast included several choices with excellent coffee. Transportation was readily available through their car service around town.
